About Me

Hello there! My name is Sheryl and I craft these handmade cards in my little room in the beautiful city of Vancouver, British Columbia. All of my handmade cards are made with lots of love and, of course, lots of glitter!

I discovered this card making hobby in 2007 and started blogging since 2009. I had my first craft fair in December 2009 and it was quite an exciting experience. I am a newly graduated business student so I am always interested in starting a small business and meeting new people.

I am currently in love with washi tapes, twines, lace, and stamps. I really enjoy blogging and posting pictures of my handmade cards or any craft related projects. In the future, I hope to attend and enter some craft fairs so I can share some of my glittery cards to everyone.

About the Name "a litre of sunshine"

Many of you may think the name is related to a very sad Japanese drama, "One Litre of Tears." In fact, it is the exact opposite. I want something to reflect my crafting style and my bubbly personality. So the idea of a bright yellow sunshine with a giant heart was born! And how do you measure sunshine? It is definitely not an easy task and perhaps not in litres, but it is possible.

Happy Crafting,
