Christmas Cards For Friends - Part 2

This is part two of Christmas Card for Friends. You can click here to view the first post.

My Christmas card are quite simple mainly because I have so many to make. However, they are still made with lots of love and glitter! I added the glitter myself :) I'm not sure if you can see that in the pictures, but I drew lines and dotted with a glitter glue using my two hands! Friends, I love you that much ;)

Christmas Cards For Friends

I was happily crafting on Thursday night and I managed to make ten Christmas cards for my friends. It feels nice to craft again after a long (and painful) semester. Last night we celebrated my good friend DV's birthday. We also had our Secret Santa gift exchange at A's house. It was a fun night! :)

I'm Making Christmas Cards!

Hello! I'm back! I was quite occupied with my school work for the past two weeks, but now that Fall semester just ended on Tuesday, it feels great to catch up on my sleep and to relax!

Anyways, since I didn't participate any craft fairs this year, I have decided to make Holiday cards! This is my first time so I'm quite excited and overwhelmed at the same time. I have a lot to make...I just love my friends, families, and co-workers :)

I just started today, so this is what I have so far (see picture below). Yeap, I made zero cards as of now...my supplies are still in the box. I'd better get cracking...

The weekend is just around the corner...and so is Christmas! :O

My Trip to Nikkei Place's Craft & Bake Fair

My friends and I went to the Nikkei Place's Craft & Bake Fair today. I'm really glad that I went because I enjoyed shopping and looking at every table. There were a lot of handmade Japanese jewellery, hand-knits, clothing, cards, and many other amazing crafts! There were also delicious waffles and Japanese desserts.

PT got a miniature bonsai and A got an really pretty necklace holder for her work ID. As for me, I bought two handmade card with a Japanese doll on the front...so pretty!

I stopped craft shopping for a couple of months now and I think I deserve to spoil myself this time :) I bought quite a few items and I wanted to share them with you. Oh, and all the items below were on sale (woohoo!).

Okay, I'm a little late...it has already been 2011 for almost a week now. How's the new year for you guys? School has started and it's going to be a scary semester. I say that every time, but this semester IS intense :S Anyways, looking back at these pictures made me miss the holiday...

Holiday Cards

It has been more than a week since the last post and I miss blogging! I'm just taking a break from studying and thought that I should share some of the Holiday cards that I made for the 8th Annual Community Craft Fair. Each of these cards belongs to someone else now and I hope whoever is receiving it is happy!  :)

Got Craft? Holiday Show & a trip to Michaels

This morning I went to the Got Craft? Holiday Show with A and Missy. We went in the Spring Show back in May, so we made sure we get there by 8am because we want to be the first 45 people to receive the swag bag. Unfortunately we were not early enough :( Apparently the line up started at 6am! :( Maybe next time...

Pictures from DDA Craft Fair!

I had such a great time at the craft fair! The atmosphere made it memorable for me. The rooms were decorated with Christmas decorations and everyone was having a great time! I regret not taking pictures of the entire craft fair, but here are some pictures of my + friend's table!

My crafty partner, Lena, and her cute felt stories and finger puppets!


Lena's beautiful felt stories. They're based on children's book (such as The Three Little Pigs).


Her homemade graham-cracker houses were very popular! It was sold out within half an hour!

The craft fair was such an amazing experience for me and I would like to thank everyone who came. Whether they bought my cards or just looking around (or even just to have a conversation with me :)), you have no idea how happy I am right now!
