CH's bridal shower was yesterday and her bridesmaids did an awesome job in decorations, games, and food! I was the charming camera lady for the day ;) The pictures turned out great! To start off, here's my card for the bride-to-be!

The room was decorated with pink everything: balloons, banners, pom-poms, plates, etc! The banner below was made by CH's MOH. I think she's a hidden crafter :)

The tissue paper pom-poms were really pretty. I'm going to learn how to make it one day.

Aside from eating delicious food (pictures are coming up), we played a lot of fun games. One of them asked the guests to write down their fantasy celebrity hubby. The bride will then try to match the celebrity hubby with the guest. Ryan Gosling was the most popular one. Here's mine......

I helped A with the party favours. My task was to attach and tie all the ribbons onto the heart-shaped containers. Near the end, my fingers hurt a little..but I think I'm an expert in tying bows now :)

Now here's the best part: FOOD! A and I spent the whole Saturday making desserts and preparing for the deviled eggs, which was my favourite dish! See picture below (Warning: drooling may occur).

Bridal shower food. Yum!
For desserts, we made Martha Stewart's Yellow Buttermilk Cupcake with Fluffly Vanilla Frosting. Yes, it was very yummy :) And I finally got to use my cupcake tower!

We also made mini cheesecakes. A found a super easy recipe from allrecipes.com. It was quite a hit!

The bridal shower was really fun and it looked like everyone had some good laughs. Great job, MOH & bridesmaids!

Check out AL's bridal shower that the MOH, bridesmaids, and I planned in April :)

PS - Are you still waiting for my Beijing pictures? It's coming soon..oops

  2. Glad to know about this bridal shower. Couple of weeks ago, arranged my sister’s engagement party at one of elegant Los Angeles wedding venues about which I came to know online and very happy that booked that venue.
