Yesterday was my baby cousin's first birthday party at a recreation centre that was close to home. There were lots of fun activities to do for the kids like floor hockey and basketball. It was a barnyard themed party so I tried to make a card to match this fun party idea. Unfortunately, I don't have any farm animals supplies, so zoo animals will do! :) So everyone, please say hello to Happy the Hippopotamus and Goofy the Giraffe!

I think her momma baked this gorgeous barnyard cake and cute farm animal cupcakes (see picture below). The next time I bake a cake, I will ask my auntie for some help (are you reading this, auntie E? *smiles* ). There were two cakes: one for the lil ones and one fruit cake for the older people...I ate both :)
