Craft Projects for Valentine's Day!

Valentine’s Day is less than a week! I love this day and it’s actually my favourite occasion to make cards! Something about heart shapes, pink/red, and glitter makes me want to rip open my craft boxes and start making cards! I didn’t have time to craft last February, so I will make some cards this year!

I don’t know what to make yet, but I found some Valentine’s Day projects that looks pretty fun to make.
  1. Heart Shaped Frame Card
Adding a photo of you and your sweetheart is a great way to personalize your home made Valentine card. Go see Fiskars’ website for more pictures and six simple steps to make it!

  2. Hearts and Blocks Valentines
The more hearts you stamp the better! This project requires white art erasers, but you can easily make your own stamps by using heart shaped foam paper and glue it on a block (just like rubber stamps and clear blocks). You can find a list of materials and instructions in Martha Stewart’s website.

  3. Folding Hearts
This is too cute! Just cut a fat heart from a paper that has a white side and a patterned side. Write your message on the white side. Fold the two sides to the center. After that, fold the top down just above the middle and fold the point up. Next, turn the envelope so the flap is at the top. And lastly (the best part), seal with a sticker! Another project from Martha Stewart.

  4. Valentine’s Paper bag Mailbox
I loved making these when I was in my elementary school! My mailbox was always heavy!...not from receiving Valentine cards, but from all those decorations I added onto my mailbox! haha. Visit Dollar Tree for simple instructions...you don’t need to follow their instructions for this project. Be creative! :)
Happy Crafting ♥
